Swords of Blood Game joins the gDEX Metaverse
In its mission to build a hub for gamers, creators, and guilds to collaborate and cohabitate, gDEX is thrilled to announce that it has partnered with Swords of Blood to onboard the game as one of its first games.
Under this new partnership, Swords of Blood will be one of the earliest games to join the gDEX Metaverse, leveraging gDEX’s capabilities to enable interoperability across their game while also taking full advantage of gDEX’s metaverse passport and metahub features to enrich the gaming experience of their players.
What is Swords of Blood?
Originally released in 2018 by Artifex Mundi and with over 6 million USD in developmental costs, HitBox Games LLC now has the exclusive rights to publish a new, expanded version of the game with G.U.T. (Game Utility Tokens) and Blockchain integration for trading game assets and more.
The original Bladebound has over 1,300,000 combined downloads on Appstore and Google Play, with an average of 4.5-star rating from 112k reviews.
Swords of Blood is the new name of the blockchain expansion that will feature tradable Game Utility Tokens (otherwise known as NFTs), New 4, 8, and 16 PvP maps, Clans, Tournaments, an additional 100-hour Gameplay Expansion Pack moving Swords of Blood into an MMO-style playing experience, Skins, Weapons, Battle and Season Passes, Exclusive Content, and more, all of which will not be available in the original game.

What can games do with gDEX?
